Virtual Assistant - Sales Development Representative

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in sales to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

• Respond promptly to warm inbound leads and conduct daily outbound calls and emails;
• Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and identify the appropriate solution or next step;
• Schedule qualified prospects for consultations or the appropriate sales team member;
• Prospect for new customers through phone and email outreach;
• Follow up with unresponsive, inactive, or stalled leads and opportunities;
• Contact existing customers regarding reorders, expansion, and reactivation opportunities;
• Build rapport, handle basic objections, and guide prospects through the sales process;
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including outreach activity, conversations, and next steps;
• Meet daily activity expectations and contribute to pipeline and sales goals;

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, inside sales, sales development, lead generation, or appointment setting;
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Confident, natural phone presence and strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability to build rapport, conduct basic discovery, and handle objections;
• Comfortable with cold outreach, high-volume follow-up, and rejection;
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail;
• Experience with Salesforce, ClickUp, or a similar CRM;
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask across multiple tools;
• Self-motivated, coachable, reliable, and comfortable working toward measurable goals;
• Reliable internet, professional headset, and quiet remote workspace;
