Virtual Assistant - Customer Service (El Salvador - Remote)

• Responding to emails and phone calls
  
• Scheduling meetings

• Addressing various client needs as they arise
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  
• Comfortable with using GOOGLE apps such as Gmail, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, etc.
  
• Ability to work under pressure
  
• A minimum of 1-year experience in customer service
  
• English proficiency at the C1 level
  
• Must have your own device and headset
  
• High-speed internet connection of at least 100 MB
