Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and support tasks. Your primary duties will include:

* Managing and organising calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for lead planners with clients and vendors.
* Handling email correspondence, responding to initial client enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Assisting with vendor research, outreach, and coordination to build and maintain our network of trusted partners.
* Preparing, sending, and tracking client contracts, proposals, and invoices.
* Maintaining and updating client records within our CRM system to ensure all information is accurate and current.
* Developing and managing detailed event timelines, checklists, and planning documents.
* Providing general administrative support to the team as required, including data entry and document preparation.
* Assisting with the scheduling and preparation of content for our social media channels.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for organisation and a keen eye for detail. Key qualifications include:

* Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
* Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanour.
