About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Vice President, Solution Architecture to lead our global Solution Architecture team, which serves as the technical voice of Cyderes before and after the sale. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving solution strategy, client engagement, and technical leadership across our Core Consulting and Core Managed Security Services capabilities, and will own the way we design, position, and hand off the solutions we bring to market.

As the leader of the Solution Architecture function, you will report to the President of Consulting and Managed Services and sit alongside our Delivery leadership, which allows you to remove friction from the sales process and to bring real creativity to the way we win. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery leadership, including our POD model that supports clients after the sale, to ensure our clients receive tailored, value-driven solutions that align with their business and security objectives from the first conversation through onboarding and into steady state operations. You will mentor and scale a high-performing global team, setting the strategic direction for solution design, competitive positioning, and technical excellence.

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global Solution Architecture team across multiple regions, covering both pre-sales engineering and the post-sales architecture work that supports our POD model.
• Define and execute the solution strategy for our Core Consulting and Core Managed Security Services portfolios, ensuring each offering is positioned clearly and sold in a way Delivery can execute with confidence.
• Partner with executive leadership to align solution architecture strategy with overall company growth objectives.
• Join the Sales team in front of prospects and clients, in person and virtually, to win new business through compelling solution design, creative approaches to structuring deals, and strong technical presentations.
• Act as an executive-level technical advisor to key prospects and clients, building trusted relationships and influencing strategic security initiatives.
• Own the handoff from pre-sales into onboarding and POD-led delivery, so that what we sell is what we deliver and our clients see value sooner.
• Drive RFP/RFI response strategy, ensuring high-quality, differentiated, capability-first proposals.
• Oversee the development of standardized solution frameworks, reference architectures, scoping models, and value propositions that shorten sales cycles and improve delivery outcomes.
• Ensure solutions incorporate best practices, compliance requirements, and emerging security trends, including the growing role of AI and automation in security operations.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Delivery teams to refine offerings and provide market-driven feedback from the field.
• Establish metrics, KPIs, and reporting to track team performance, win rates, pipeline influence, deal velocity, handoff quality, and client success outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in presales and handoff processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Ensure global consistency in solutioning while allowing for regional flexibility.
