Litehouse Foods is seeking an innovative Vice President, Retail Sales & Channel Development to join our executive leadership team!

At Litehouse Foods, we're looking for a visionary commercial leader who can shape what's next. As our VP, Retail Sales & Channel Development, you'll lead our retail sales organization while defining the future of our channel strategy and digital commerce capabilities. Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales & Marketing, you'll build the playbooks, partnerships, and strategies that drive profitable growth across traditional retail, emerging channels, and e-commerce. If you're passionate about transforming commercial organizations, developing high-performing teams, and creating winning go-to-market strategies, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Directors while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.

  • Develop and execute retail, channel, and go-to-market strategies that drive profitable growth across all channels of trade.

  • Lead Litehouse Foods' e-commerce and digital commerce strategy, including digital shelf excellence, retail media, online merchandising, and platform growth.

  • Build strategic partnerships with key retailers, brokers, and cross-functional leaders to strengthen customer relationships and deliver best-in-class execution.

  • Drive commercial planning, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting, pricing strategy, trade investment, and revenue growth management.

  • Monitor business performance, financial results, and market trends to identify opportunities, optimize investments, and improve profitability.

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Innovation, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to successfully launch new products and execute strategic initiatives.

  • Build scalable commercial capabilities, channel playbooks, and execution frameworks that position Litehouse Foods for long-term growth.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

  • 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.

  • Proven success leading retail sales organizations across multiple channels, including grocery, mass, club, foodservice, and emerging retail.

  • Deep expertise in e-commerce and digital commerce, including digital shelf strategy, retail media, content optimization, marketplace execution, and online customer growth.

  • Experience developing commercial strategy, channel playbooks, go-to-market frameworks, and revenue growth initiatives-not simply executing existing plans.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing AOP planning, forecasting, pricing strategy, trade investment, and P&L performance.

  • Demonstrated ability to build executive-level customer relationships, negotiate complex agreements, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience leading organizational change, developing senior leaders, and building scalable commercial capabilities in a growing business.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% throughout North America.
