About the Opportunity

We are partnering with an innovative fintech and digital asset infrastructure company to hire a Vice President, Institutional Sales.

This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader with a strong network across institutional finance, digital assets, fintech, or Web3. You will be responsible for expanding enterprise partnerships, driving revenue growth, and building long-term relationships with institutional clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute institutional sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Build and maintain relationships with asset managers, banks, exchanges, custodians, fintech companies, and other enterprise clients.

Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales lifecycle.

Lead complex commercial negotiations and close high-value enterprise deals.

Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align market needs with product development.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

Requirements

5+ years of experience in enterprise or institutional sales.

Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals in financial technology, digital assets, blockchain, cybersecurity, or related industries.

Strong network within institutional finance or digital assets is highly preferred.

Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and decision-makers.

Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience selling infrastructure, custody, wallet, security, SaaS, API, or fintech solutions.

Existing relationships with institutional investors, exchanges, custodians, or financial service providers.

Knowledge of blockchain, Web3, digital assets, or financial infrastructure.
