Job Description:

A growing Family Law Firm based in Orange County, California, is seeking an experienced Client Engagement Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and drive the firm’s client acquisition efforts. 

This is a high-level sales and client engagement position, not a traditional administrative intake role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective clients through the consultation and retention process, building trust during emotionally sensitive situations, and converting qualified leads into retained clients.

Schedule:  Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Monthly Compensation: 1,142 to 1,220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Facilitate a seamless transition from prospect to client
  • Conduct consistent and strategic follow-up with prospective clients
  • Gather relevant information regarding potential legal matters
  • Conduct initial consultations and discovery conversations with leads
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients (PNCs)
  • Clearly communicate the value of the firm’s legal services
  • Guide prospective clients through the consultation and retention process
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM and firm systems 
  • Maintain organized lead pipelines and communication schedules 
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry through retention

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in: Sales, Intake, Client Success or Business Development 

  • Experience converting prospects into paying clients or customers

  • Strong customer service background

  • Experience working in high-emotion or consultative environments preferred
