Job Description:
At Job Duck, we are looking for a friendly and service oriented Virtual Legal Receptionist to be the welcoming voice and primary point of contact for clients and callers. This role is essential in creating a professional and positive first impression while ensuring all communications are routed efficiently and accurately. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations by managing inbound calls, coordinating communication, and maintaining excellent client service standards. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, highly organized, and enjoys working in a fast paced environment where every interaction matters.
• Monthly Compensation Range: From 1,015 to 1,100 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience working as a virtual receptionist or providing virtual administrative assistance (preferably inside a law firm)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Professional and courteous phone etiquette
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly with callers and clients
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high volume environments
• Effective problem solving skills
• Time management and prioritization abilities

• Strong data entry and administrative skills
• Location and timezone: Remote, Central Standard Time (CST)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday ranging from 7AM to 6-7PM CST (8 hours per day)
• Expected call volume: High (60-80 calls per day)
