- As our Senior HR Administrative Assistant, you'll combine HR administration with executive support, working closely with leadership to maintain efficient HR operations and strengthen day-to-day business processes. You'll play a key role in ensuring employee documentation is accurate, compliance requirements are met, and administrative priorities are handled with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Keep HR files organized and audit-ready.
- Monitor attendance records and resolve time card discrepancies.
- Support performance management and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate HR meetings and track action items.
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and HR tracking documents.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Support payroll documentation and related HR administrative activities.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR administrative processes and organization.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- 3–5+ years of experience in an HR administration, executive assistant, office administration, or similar administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience using HRIS platforms.
- Strong document management and records administration skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
- Experience coordinating HR processes in a remote or distributed work environment.
- Background in office administration with HR responsibilities.
- Process improvement or administrative coordination experience.
