Represent Worldia locally by building relationships with assigned travel agencies and onboarding new sign-ups. Re-engage dormant accounts and provide feedback to the company on platform adoption barriers.

Who we are

Travel should be exciting to plan—not overwhelming. That’s why, in 2013, four travel lovers set out to change the game. They created Worldia, a platform that makes it easy for travel agencies to build, customize, and book unforgettable trips for their clients—all in just a few clicks.

We partner with travel agencies giving them the tools to offer made-to-measure journeys across 90+ destinations, backed by cutting-edge technology and top-tier customer support.

And because we have a winning formula, we're continuing to drive our growth—expanding internationally, innovating our tech, and welcoming new partners to reimagine the future of travel.

Missions

Worldia is building a network of Brand Ambassadors across U.S. regions, and we're looking for 7 freelance or independent travel agents to join. If you know the industry inside and out, this is a chance to turn that expertise into extra income on a flexible, part-time basis. You'll help fellow agents unlock everything Worldia has to offer.

You'll be the voice of Worldia in your region, spreading the word and providing hands-on training and support. There's no prospecting involved. For each region, we provide a dedicated farming list of travel agencies already signed up with Worldia. Your job is to work that list, not to go find agencies yourself.

What You'll Do

  • Build local presence: Represent Worldia locally, building relationships with the agencies on your assigned farming list

  • Train new sign-ups: Onboard agencies that have registered for Worldia but haven't yet completed training

  • Re-engage dormant accounts: Support agencies that were trained but aren't actively using the platform; troubleshoot barriers and get them booking again

  • Report back: Share feedback from the field on what's working and what's hindering adoption

What we are looking for:

  • Currently working as a freelance/independent travel agent (or similarly self-directed in the travel industry)

  • Comfortable working autonomously with minimal day-to-day oversight

  • Strong communicator, comfortable training peers (in person, by phone, or video call)

  • Based in, or able to regularly cover, your assigned U.S. region

  • Comfortable with commission-based, performance-driven income

Benefits:

  • Time commitment is flexible and self-managed.

  • Commission for each agency you successfully train and activate on the Worldia platform

  • Commission for every booking made through Worldia by an agency in your assigned region

  • No cap on the number of agencies you support or bookings you can earn on

I was the first applicant for a remote marketing position that got listed on the company website the same day I applied. Had an interview within 48 hours!
