Processing orders, quotes, bids and contracts as well as handling changes that may occur. Answer incoming calls and work directly with customers to answer questions and maintain a strong business relationship. Assist Regional Sales Managers with quotes, sales history and marketing information.

Principal Responsibilities:

•Enters quotes and orders into ERP system
•Provide quotes and assist Regional Sales Managers
•Work closely with customers to answer inquiries
•Help coordinate shipments with Plants and Transportation Department
•Update orders with revised delivery dates
•Check orders created by other team members for accuracy
•Conduct weekly order status meetings with assigned manufacturing plants
•Create bid submittal documents
•Create bills of lading and manage inventory for finished goods yards
•Participates and contributes to company safety program.
•Perform other job-related duties as assigned
