This position is part of our ongoing talent pipeline. We regularly meet designers who may be a strong fit for upcoming client projects. While we review candidates continuously, the start date depends on project availability. Our goal is to ensure that each designer joins a project where their skills, interests, and experience can have the greatest impact.

What we expect from your skills & knowledge:

• Experience designing SaaS products (web and mobile applications) with understanding of business context — you know why the product exists and who it serves

• Product thinking mindset — you can connect design decisions to user needs and business goals, participate in discovery, and contribute beyond the screen

• Strong command of design principles, typography, composition, and interaction patterns — and the ability to frame a problem before jumping to solutions

• Experience building and working within design systems

• Confident in Figma as your primary tool and use AI as part of how you design — for research, synthesis, and prototyping

• Direct experience communicating with English-speaking clients (founders, PMs, technical stakeholders) — Clear written and spoken English | B2+

• You can present and explain your design decisions, give and take feedback constructively, and ask the right questions early at kickoff to keep the work aligned

• Ability to independently drive the design process, proactively identify risks, and make informed design decisions.

• Soft skills — Emotional intelligence, self-direction, and a sense of humor

Will be a plus

• Familiarity with front-end concepts / design frameworks

Main tasks:

• Own product design end-to-end for your clients — from discovery and problem definition to polished UI and developer handoff.

• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals, user needs, and priorities.

• Facilitate product discovery activities, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality designs.

• Present, explain, and defend design decisions while incorporating feedback from clients and teammates.

• Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.

• Validate solutions, iterate based on feedback, and continuously improve the user experience.

• Prepare production-ready designs and provide developers with clear specifications and documentation.
