UGC & Influencer Marketing Specialist (Part-Time)

The Opportunity

We're looking for a UGC & Influencer Marketing Specialist who knows how to find the right creators, get great content out of them, and turn that content into results for our clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who has spent real time sourcing creators, negotiating deals, briefing shoots, and turning raw UGC into marketing-ready assets.

You'll manage creator relationships and content pipelines across a portfolio of e-commerce clients, working closely with our owned media, paid media, and creative teams to make sure every piece of content has a job to do — whether that's driving conversions in a Meta ad or building trust on a product page.

This role starts part-time at 20 hours/week, with real room to grow as your client roster and responsibilities expand.

What You'll Own

Creator Sourcing & Relationships

• Identify and vet UGC creators and micro/nano-influencers who fit each client's brand and audience
• Reach out to and negotiate rates, deliverables, and usage rights with creators
• Manage seeding and gifting programs to build an ongoing pipeline of content
• Source creators manually (via social, DM, email outreach) when a platform isn't available or doesn't fit the need
• Maintain a running roster of vetted creators by niche, price point, and performance

Content Briefing & Production

• Write clear, creative briefs so creators know exactly what to shoot and why
• Review submitted content for quality, brand fit, and compliance before it goes anywhere
• Coordinate content calendars and delivery timelines across multiple client accounts
• Light editing/captioning of UGC and influencer content for organic and paid use

Performance & Strategy

• Partner with the owned and paid media teams to identify which UGC angles are winning and feed that back into briefs
• Track creator and content performance (engagement, conversion, ad performance) and report on results monthly
• Manage or advise on usage rights, whitelisting, and Spark Ads/partnership ad setups where applicable
• Stay current on platform trends (TikTok, Instagram, Reels) and bring fresh content ideas to clients

• A sharp eye for content that will actually perform, not just content that looks nice
• Organized enough to run multiple creator pipelines and client calendars at once without dropping the ball
• Comfortable giving direct, specific feedback on content
• Analytics-minded — you want to know why a piece of content worked, not just that it did
• Experienced with e-commerce or D2C brands (agency or in-house)

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days:

• You've built a working roster of vetted creators across your assigned client accounts
• You've run at least one full content cycle — sourcing, briefing, review, delivery — for each client
• You've established a system for tracking creator performance and reporting results
• You've built a productive working relationship with the paid media and creative teams
• Clients see a clear uptick in usable, on-brand content in their pipeline

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 1–2+ years of experience in UGC, influencer marketing, or social media content coordination
• Experience sourcing and managing relationships with content creators/influencers
• Comfort negotiating rates and usage rights
• Working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and current social/UGC trends
• E-commerce or D2C brand experience (agency or in-house)

Strong Differentiators:

• Experience with UGC/influencer platforms (e.g., Trend.io, Impact, Billo, Aspire, Grin, Insense, Upfluence, etc.)
• Basic content editing/captioning skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar)
• Experience running whitelisting or Spark Ads/partnership ads
• Agency background preferred

Time Commitment and Availability

• Hours: 20 hours/week to start, with the opportunity to scale up as the role and client roster grow
• Availability: Between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST

Compensation

$2,000 USD/month (part-time rate), with compensation scaling alongside hours as the role grows.
