The role involves reviewing and interpreting trust agreements to determine eligibility for medical assistance programs and managing trust accountings for compliance. The administrator will also assist with legal proceedings and provide guidance on Medicaid eligibility requirements.
ATA Services is seeking part-time legal professional with strong experience with trusts, elder law and/or Medicaid to support Denver's Department of Health Care Policy and Financing.
Contract Length: Until June 30th, 2027, with possible extension
Schedule + Hours: 20 hours per week (40 hours per month), flexible hours between 9 am - 3 pm. Wednesdays from 11-12 pm
Job Location: Remote but needs to be onsite to pick up and drop off equipment at start and end of contract.
Pay Rate: $75/hr.
