About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Time & Absence Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our global time and absence programs. This role owns the systems, policies, and processes governing time tracking, leave management, and absence administration—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience across all regions. The ideal candidate combines strong program management skills with deep expertise in time and attendance systems and global leave/absence regulations.

What You'll Do:

Program Strategy & Ownership

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of global time and absence programs

• Define program goals and success metrics  for accuracy, compliance, and supportive employee experiences

• Serve as the subject matter expert on time tracking, leave of absence, and absence management practices

• Continuously evaluate and improve programs to enhance efficiency and employee experience

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Legal on leave policy design and administration

• Work with regional stakeholders to balance global standards with local requirements

• Work closely with Product Manager and IT to optimize time and absence modules within Workday

• Partner with Payroll to ensure  accurate data flow between time/absence, payroll, and HR systems

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure programs comply with global, regional, and local labor laws and leave regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, statutory leave entitlements, working time directives)

•  Monitor regulatory changes and update policies, processes, and configurations accordingly

• Translates regulatory requirements into system and program design specifications

Change Management & Enablement

• Develop training and enablement  materials, documentation, and communications for program implementations and enhancements

• Lead change management for new system rollouts and  policy updates

• Provide guidance and support to HR teams, managers, and employees

• Gather feedback to inform continuous improvement

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in program/project management, with 5+ years in time and absence

• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

• Strong knowledge of Workday Time & Absence modules

• Solid understanding of global  time management and leave laws and compliance requirements

• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and complex programs

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Experience managing time and absence programs across multiple global regions

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment

Right to Work

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $110,000 - $160,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
