  • Own the product lifecycle, from early concept through release and beyond, within your projects

  • Balance short-term needs with long-term vision and player value

  • A strong understanding of game development, player behaviour, and commercial levers

  • A proven ability to guide cross-functional teams toward a shared vision

  • Comfort working with both data and intuition to inform decisions

  • A good understanding of different business models and release strategies (premium, Early Access, live service, F2P, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, across creative and commercial teams

Bonus points if you’ve worked in publishing or supported games across various platforms and markets. Extra bonus if you’ve turned a few tricky trade-offs into a breakthrough.
