About the Engagement
We are seeking an experienced TikTok Shop & Affiliate Consultant to build, optimize, and grow our TikTok Shop business, initially supporting Hanky Panky, with the scope expected to expand to Cosabella.
This engagement will focus on creator recruitment, affiliate activation, storefront optimization, and profitable revenue growth. The consultant will independently execute agreed project deliverables while collaborating with our Social, Brand, E-commerce, Merchandising, Planning, Customer Experience, and Fulfillment teams.

The engagement will renew month to month, with an anticipated duration of four (4) months or longer based on business needs, results, and mutual agreement. Project priorities, deliverables, and timelines will be established in the statement of work.
