QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
Three years insurance experience or a minimum of five years insurance marketing /sales experience
Additional actuarial, underwriting or claims experience is helpful but not required.
Requires a thorough understanding of nonstandard auto insurance, product management and underwriting including a broad knowledge of the company and its activities and policies
Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
Prefer strong computer skills with a thorough understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and ACT.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Candidate must be based in Texas - 75% travel throughout assigned territory
