The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing an assigned territory by building strong agency relationships and meeting premium objectives. They will create strategic marketing plans, drive submission activity, and provide ongoing training to agency partners.

About the Role
As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll focus on developing and managing your assigned territory, building and maintaining strong agency relationships, and meeting established premium and project objectives.

Hiring Range
$108,000–$150,000 represents typical starting salaries and is a portion of the full pay range for the role.
Starting pay is determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, education, skills, and certifications. The full pay range is broader and is designed to provide employees with meaningful opportunities for salary growth as they develop their skills, increase proficiency, and advance in the role.
