As our Territory Manager CP, you will be responsible for generating revenue from LivaNova’s Cardiopulmonary (CP) and Autotransfusion (ATS) portfolio across your territory, in line with agreed budgets and Company objectives.

You will build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, develop new business opportunities, and provide expert technical support for CP and ATS products, including in-theatre support, programming, product demonstrations, and customer training.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a territory, combining commercial responsibility with technical expertise and close customer interaction in a dynamic, field-based role.

What You’ll Do

  • Achieve the revenue and profit targets set for your territory.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.

  • Promote LivaNova CP and ATS products and develop new business opportunities.

  • Develop a Territory Business Plan with clear objectives and strategies for each account.

  • Understand customer funding pathways and develop strategies to access funding for LivaNova products.

  • Provide technical support, product demonstrations, programming, and in-theatre support for CP and ATS products.

  • Deliver customer training and maintain the required training standards.

  • Support the Sales Director with contracts, tenders, and competitive bids.

  • Monitor market and competitor activity and share relevant information internally.

  • Complete sales reporting, forecasts, projections, and management reports accurately and on time.

    Your Background & Experience

    • Experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally in medical devices or a related healthcare environment.

    • Good technical understanding of CP and ATS products, or the ability to develop this knowledge.

    • Strong customer relationship and communication skills.

    • Good planning and time management skills.
    • Able to work independently and manage a field-based territory.
    • Able to identify opportunities and take action to achieve results.
    • Solution-oriented and able to respond calmly to unexpected situations.
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
    • Willing and able to travel across the territory and work flexible hours when required.
    • Customer-focused, motivated, and resilient.
