As a Tendering & Proposals Specialist, you will transform customer requirements into competitive, high-quality submissions that drive business growth and strengthen market position. Working at the intersection of sales, engineering, and operations, you will bring together technical expertise, commercial insight, and market intelligence to develop winning solutions for customers.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

From evaluating tender requirements and developing pricing strategies to collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with customers, no two days are the same. How You'll Make an Impact

  • Review tender and bid documents to understand customer requirements, project scope, and submission expectations.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations using cost analysis, benchmarks, and commercial insights.
  • Partner with sales, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to gather technical and commercial inputs.
  • Manage tender schedules and priorities to ensure high-quality, on-time proposal submissions.
  • Evaluate bid opportunities and support bid/no-bid decision-making processes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to bids, contracts, pricing, and estimates.
  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and compliant documentation while performing quality checks throughout the tendering process.
  • Engage with customers to clarify requirements, build confidence, and support a positive customer experience.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, bid management, proposal development, or quotation preparation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical, commercial, and market data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using tendering, ERP, or CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
