Manage initial customer inquiries about orders, complaints, and technical support, and provide practical technical advice tailored to customer requirements. Job title: Technical Support Specialist (Internal job title: Technical Account Representative)
Location: Remote (home-based) in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, or Portugal. Candidates must have the legal right to work in their country of residence.
Time: Full‑time (40 hours / week) Mon-Fri 9:00-17:30.
