You will own the product roadmap for core platform modules and an expanding suite of AI agents while collaborating with engineering and data science teams. You will also translate complex, regulated pharmaceutical logistics workflows into simple, shippable product features.
This is a senior product role at a Series A cold chain logistics intelligence company, sitting at the intersection of AI/ML, regulated pharma workflows, and B2B SaaS. You'll own the core platform roadmap — including a growing roster of AI agents — and directly shape how pharmaceutical manufacturers and logistics providers make high-stakes shipment decisions with confidence.
Own the product roadmap for core platform modules and an expanding suite of AI agents (live risk, data summarization, lane risk, documentation, and LSP management, plus customer-built custom agents).
Define and enforce a clear contract for agentic features: surfacing context and reasoning, executing only on delegated actions, and maintaining a full audit log.
Spend meaningful time with customers in pharma logistics, QA, and supply chain ops to translate complex, regulated workflows into simple, shippable product.
Collaborate daily with engineering, design, data science, and ML to deliver AI features grounded in the platform's data and knowledge layers.
Define concrete success metrics — decisions automated, hours returned, releases accelerated — and track them rigorously.
5+ years in product management or technical product engineering, with at least 2 years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products.
Proven track record collaborating with engineering teams to deliver software features on a roadmap.
Experience creating and maintaining product roadmaps and writing clear product requirements.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across design, analytics, data science, and QA.
Comfortable enough with LLMs, agents, and RAG architectures to hold substantive technical conversations with ML engineers.
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience defining and tracking feature KPIs.
Experience working in or with remote/distributed US-based teams.
Background in cold chain, pharma logistics, or GxP-regulated environments is a plus.
Salary range: $170,000 – $200,000 USD annually, plus equity. Five weeks PTO and full health benefits. Visa sponsorship is not available — US work authorization required.
Fully remote (United States). Candidates must be based in the US.
