About WarrCloud

WarrCloud is the industry's first automated platform delivering unparalleled warranty claim results for automotive dealerships and OEMs. We are a fast-growing tech company revolutionizing the automotive space through innovative AI and machine learning technology. As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking a motivated Deployment Project Manager (DPM) to join our mission-driven team.

What You Will Be Doing

The DPM owns the end‑to‑end deployment lifecycle for new dealerships, ensuring each store progresses from Kickoff through Go‑Live and post‑launch stabilization with clarity, urgency, and precision. This role is the dealership’s primary point of contact and is accountable for gathering requirements, coordinating cross‑functional work, validating readiness, and resolving all outstanding issues so the dealership can fully operate on WarrCloud.

The DPM must thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and proactively remove blockers to meet monthly activation targets. This role requires strong communication, technical problem‑solving, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
