Technical Practice Lead (AI Technologies):
We are looking for a Technical Practice Lead – AI Technologies to accelerate our growth and lead the delivery of next-generation, agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate pairs executive-level presence with deep, hands-on technical mastery in generative AI and enterprise platform architecture.
In this highly visible role, you will lead complex, end-to-end AI implementations—from strategy, data ingestion, and context grounding to custom agent actions, guardrails, and production activation. You will act as the primary trusted advisor across pre-sales, architecture, and deployment, partnering directly with C-suite executives and delivery teams. You will remain a hands-on technical lead, tackling our most challenging AI engineering obstacles while driving our AI product strategy, business growth, and market point-of-view (POV).
Role Responsibilities:
Hands-On Technical Leadership & Field Engineering
- Architect & Deploy Agentic Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of production-grade autonomous agent solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein 1 Platform, Data Cloud, and custom API actions (Apex, Flow, MuleSoft, and REST endpoints).
- Grounding & Data Architecture: Architect end-to-end real-time data pipelines and zero-copy integrations connecting unified data lakes (Salesforce D360 (Data Cloud), Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) to CRM environments to power accurate AI context engines.
- Evaluation & AI Governance: Establish robust testing, evaluation (evals), and observability frameworks to monitor agent accuracy, hallucination rates, latency, prompt security, and business performance in production.
- Execution & Delivery: Direct internal and client-side technical teams during implementation; produce architectural artifacts including sequence diagrams, agent action flows, data schemas, and security/governance frameworks. Comfortable with array of development processes (waterfall, scrumfall, agile, kanban) and presenting to a wide range of audiences (from c-suite to developers.)
Pre-Sales & Business Development Support
- Technical Strategy & Scoping: Serve as the go-to technical expert for sales and account teams. Scope, estimate, and technically validate high-value AI solutions and $2M+ strategic engagements.
- Executive Demonstrations: Lead high-stakes discovery sessions and live agent demonstrations, articulating the business value of autonomous AI and generative capabilities to C-suite and Enterprise Architecture stakeholders.
- Asset & Accelerator Creation: Evaluate emerging LLMs, prompt engineering patterns, and agentic capabilities to build reusable templates, solution accelerators, and comprehensive technical documentation.
Marketplace Point-of-View (POV) & Thought Leadership
- Market Insights: Analyze trends in generative AI, agentic workflows, and competitive landscapes to inform our product roadmap and go-to-market (GTM) messaging.
- Practice Growth: Mature our AI Center of Excellence by defining best practices, deployment patterns, and repeatable frameworks.
- External Thought Leadership: Author white papers, technical blog posts, and research materials showcase our capabilities and establish our firm as an industry leader in enterprise AI transformation.
Experience/Skills Required:
- 5+ Years of Technical Consulting: Proven experience in solution architecture or technical consulting for cloud data platforms and multi-stream enterprise implementations.
- Production AI & Salesforce Experience: Deep, hands-on experience designing and deploying Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or advanced Data Cloud architectures.
- Hands-on Development Skills: Strong proficiency in Apex, Flow, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns required to trigger agent actions across external technology stacks.
- Data & Grounding Architectures: Expertise in Data Cloud, zero-copy architecture, vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).
- AI Safety & Governance: Demonstrated experience building agent guardrails, prompt defenses, audit logging, and compliance frameworks.
- Pre-Sales & Executive Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex AI paradigms, LLM mechanics, and agentic workflows into clear business outcomes for C-level executives.
- Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Proven track record of shifting clients to optimal technical solutions, leading strategy workshops, and delivering digital roadmaps in complex environments.
- Work Authorization & Travel: Full-time permanent US work authorization with willingness to travel up to 50% for high-impact client engagements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- Anthropic: Claude Developer, Claude Architect - Foundations, or Claude Architect - Professional.
- Salesforce: Salesforce Certified AI Specialist, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect.
- Data Platforms: Snowflake Certified Core/Advanced, Databricks Certified Data Engineer, or MuleSoft Integration Architect.
- Enterprise Cloud & Architecture: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, or TOGAF.
- Open to travel
