The Role:

We are scaling an Integration Support team and are looking for experienced Technical Implementation Specialists to support enterprise customers during integration projects. You will work directly with large, global organizations, helping them implement integrations that are essential to their success. This is a long-term, ongoing engagement with steady project flow.

Your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and successful platform adoption

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and configure enterprise integrations with customer systems

  • Respond clearly and efficiently to customer technical questions via email, Slack, and calls

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues independently

  • Follow up with customers to ensure integrations are successfully deployed

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate bugs and complex technical issues

What We’re Looking For

You must have:

  • Fluent English (native-level preferred) with excellent written communication skills

  • Experience as a Technical Implementation Specialist, Integrations Specialist, or in a similar role involving technical onboarding and project coordination

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically through technical challenges

  • Patience and professionalism when working with complex technical scenarios

  • Ability to meet deadlines and iterate quickly based on feedback

You’ll be a great fit if you also have:

  • Experience supporting enterprise B2B customers

  • A background troubleshooting issues across multiple systems

  • An ambition to grow into a leadership role within a scaling team

Nice to have (but not required):

  • Experience with platform integrations (SSO, SCIM, APIs, etc.)

  • Previous leadership or managerial experience in a technical SaaS environment

  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Strong technical fundamentals, communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly matter most. If you don’t meet every requirement but excel in other areas, we still encourage you to apply.
