Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary and multi‑disciplinary Chief Technology Officer (IC) to lead our technical strategy and research, redefine Healthcare AI and infrastructure, and a passion for technology to build innovative, impactful products.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership and a proven track record of scaling pharmacie & AI, and secure software architectures. You will leverage the company’s technology, data, and tools to drive core product development, ensure robust security, and pioneer advanced technical capabilities to support our rapid growth.

This is a high‑impact, hands‑on leadership role and a unique opportunity to help build, shape, and scale the technology function within a rapidly growing startup.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead advanced technology research nd innovation, evaluating cutting-edge technologies, AI capabilities, and architectures to keep our company ahead of the market.
• Own and execute 'special standalone' technical projects, driving high-impact initiatives from proof-of-concept to initial implementation.
• Architect and design robust, scalable systems for both modern cloud environments and secure, isolated On-Premises/hybrid infrastructures.
• Serve as the ultimate authority on cybersecurity maturity and reverse engineering, proactively researching vulnerabilities and designing advanced defense-in-depth protocols for enterprise data.
• Conduct deep technical feasibility research on complex customer requirements, translating market opportunities into groundbreaking technical solutions.
• Define and enforce high-level engineering standards, architectural blueprints, and security compliance KPIs across the entire platform.
• Partner closely with the VP R&D and Product leadership to seamlessly transition researched technologies and completed special projects into the core product delivery pipeline.

Requirements

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Leadership /CTO/ R&D Management for B2B AI/cybersecurity or Digital Health data products – startup experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in architectural/research leadership.
• Proven track record with on-prem environments, including hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining secure software within client-hosted or hybrid infrastructures.
• Strong technical background in Cyber Security and Reverse Engineering, with the ability to analyze complex software systems, secure data pipelines, and mitigate vulnerabilities.Advantage 
• Deep experience with scalable software architectures and secure data processing at scale.
• Demonstrated strength in risk management, architectural decision-making, and driving execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and security concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment across time zones.

Nice to Have

• Executive‑level communication skills and experience defending technical architecture and security compliance during enterprise procurement processes.
• Technical leadership experience within healthcare, InsurTech, FinTech, or highly regulated, compliance-heavy industries (HIPAA/SOC2).
