The Teaching Assistant will support course administration on Canvas, including grading assignments, facilitating online discussions, and recording lectures. They will also provide academic assistance to students and maintain course records as directed by the faculty.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing or maintaining a communication structure that allows the Professor and the class to interact remotely or on Canvas
Supporting course preparation through activities as lectures recording preview and upload on Canvas
Scoring student assignments on Canvas
Providing written and verbal feedback on student assignments or activities on Canvas
Leading online small discussion or activity groups when needed
Teaching in areas of experience as requested by the faculty member
Record keeping for the course as requested by the faculty member
Meeting individually with students online for assistance in the student's academic formation and growth in the course content area
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Successful completion of the Masters degree in Clinical Psychology or MFT with 12 units of Theology cases; or Master degree in Theology with pastoral care emphasis
Fully remote work within the United States is subject to payroll state approval by Fuller Theological Seminary
Working hours varied from 40-60 max (60 max hours are claimable with a 4 unit course in MAMHM)
PAY SCALE
Wage range the Seminary expects to pay: $18.57 to $19.00 per hour USD.
