We are currently searching for a Talent Project Manager (Success Factors):
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for strategic projects, from planning and delivery to deployment, ensuring alignment with Talent’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop a detailed cross-functional project plan and actively manage project timelines.
- Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure adequate staffing and effective utilization.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address potential issues to ensure project success.
- Perform Project Financial Management: Develop the overall project budget and control costs for the duration of the project, including planned, actual, and forecast for both operational and capital expenditures.
- Foster strong communication across the project, including stakeholders, team members, and leadership, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective decision-making.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by establishing and maintaining project management best practices, quality standards, and testing procedures.
- Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes by end-users.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and data integration projects.
- 5 to 7 years of industry experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Talent.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with global teams virtually disbursed around the globe.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive project success.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
Desired
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are desirable.
