The purpose of the Talent Partner Manager is to manage supplier performance and partnerships of multiple TAPFIN client programs.  This position partners with TAPFIN operations teams and clients to provide strategic solutions regarding supplier vetting, selection, and optimization to fulfill business needs.  


Making an Impact
•    Assist in defining the methodologies by which TAPFIN reviews client programs and suppliers
•    Ensure consistent approach across clients
•    Create strategic plans for programs by proactively evaluating supply base
•    Utilize supplier data, analytics, and reports to develop strategies/recommendations to address client and program needs such as diversity, coverage gaps, managing supplier performance
•    Collaborate with Delivery and Engagement to ensure client has the optimal supplier basis, ensuring they have the right suppliers at right time
•    Review data to determine which suppliers in the TAPFIN network should be “go to” partners based on their performance, partnership and capabilities
•    Identify innovative ways to partner with suppliers
•    Develop strategies to optimize client lists regarding all options of contingent workforce solutions
•    Prepare presentation of results regarding supplier solutions for client delivery

Sharing Expertise    
•    Identify key suppliers by diversity categories and build relationships as well as collaborates with ManpowerGroup to have a cohesive strategy
•    Maintain best in class processes for supply base management and look for innovative ways to set TAPFIN apart as an industry leader
•    Utilize knowledge regarding suppliers and their capabilities to review data around performance and creates solutions for clients
•    May be required to attend conferences to build partnerships with suppliers and clients and to learn/establish new paths for supplier engagement
•    Share knowledge of best practices across TAPFIN for supplier engagement, management of performance, and strategies to meet client goals

Gaining Exposure
•    Extension of Delivery and Engagement teams to partner on identifying the right suppliers for the clients at the right time
•    Well versed in technology to prepare presentations and create solution packages for issue resolution within client and operations supply base
•    Need to navigate within the global, diverse, matrixed nature of the ManpowerGroup organization

Your Typical Day    
•    Much of the day will be spent working on solutions and responding to email requests.
•    Remote role – must be able to perform well in a virtual team environment.
•    Independent worker responsible for meeting deadlines set forth by self, manager, operations or client.
•    Team player who communicates well with peers to ensure everyone is delivering in a consistent manner.
•    Limited amount of travel except for local events and meeting with suppliers or clients in market.
•    Will be required to work at computer/on the phone the majority of day.
Other accountabilities as assigned
 



Required
•    Experience: 5+ years’ experience in a professional/corporate environment, ideally in staffing industry
•    Knowledge:  Experience with technology and comfortable navigating various tools to access performance – such as MSOffice, including pivot tables, tableau, VMS technologies, graphs, etc.
•    Education: Bachelor’s degree

Nice to Have
•    Experience with MSP providers or staffing agencies
•    Supply base management
•    Successful candidates for this role will bring innovative ideas whenever possible
