Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, databases and referrals.
  
• Manage candidate pipeline in Zoho Recruit.
  
• Conduct screening interviews.
  
• Coordinate with clients.
  
• Maintain recruitment KPIs.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience (specifically in recruitment agencies).
  
• Strong sourcing skills.
  
• Experience with Gulf hiring preferred.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• 100% Remote Opportunity (Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable laptop/PC).
  
• Hands-on experience using Zoho Recruit (or similar ATS systems) to manage the candidate pipeline.
  
• Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting Medical/Healthcare professionals (Doctors, Nurses, Specialists).
  
• Proven track record in recruiting Engineering talents, specifically in the Construction & Contracting sector (e.g., Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Engineers).
  

• Proven track record in sourcing Engineering and Technical talents.
