Position – Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location - Pune

General Shift - 9:30am to 6:30pm

 

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with around 1 year of recruitment experience to support hiring across technical and consulting roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process while building a strong talent pipeline.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding support.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate data using ATS (preferably Zoho Recruit).
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports using MS Excel.
  • Build talent pipelines for technical and consulting positions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Completed a Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
  • Exposure to technical hiring is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Zoho Recruit is a plus), Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
  • Strong communication, sourcing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
