Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening applicants, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and assisting hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Source active and passive candidates through job boards, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
Assist in building sourcing strategies to help uncover high-quality candidate pools.
Partner with senior recruiters to learn best practices and support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding.
Help promote Modaxo through recruitment marketing efforts to attract qualified candidates.
Source talent for positions across business units and geographic regions as assigned.
Help build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Support recruitment events, networking activities, and talent acquisition initiatives.
Contribute to projects that enhance recruitment practices, tools, processes, and candidate experience.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, tracking, metrics, and hiring documentation in real time.
Manage hiring administration, including new hires, internal transfers, and promotions.
Conduct Day One onboarding and new hire orientation activities.
Qualifications
0–2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or related HR experience; relevant internships or coursework are welcome.
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
Eager to learn, coachable, and detail-oriented.
Strong business relationship, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Action-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to understand and communicate business and role requirements effectively.
Developing skills in assessing candidate qualifications and capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to grow into more complex recruiting work.
