We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment delivery for a strategic RPO engagement supporting a global organization with operations in Colombia.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused recruiting role for someone who combines strong sourcing and recruitment execution with the maturity to work directly with demanding client stakeholders. You will act as a key recruitment partner for the project, owning searches from initial intake through candidate delivery and helping establish a successful long-term recruitment partnership.
While the initial engagement is structured as a 6-month fixed-term contract, there is a strong possibility of continuing beyond the initial term based on performance and the evolution of the partnership. The Colombia project is expected to support approximately 20 hires and is intended to serve as the first stage of a potentially broader recruitment partnership across Latin America.
For a strong performer, this role has the potential to evolve from an initial project assignment into a longer-term position supporting recruitment initiatives across the region.
What You'll Own
- Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for roles within the Colombia RPO project.
- Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, priorities, timelines, and candidate profiles.
- Translate business requirements into effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Screen and assess candidates against both technical/functional requirements and organizational fit.
- Present high-quality candidate shortlists with clear recommendations and supporting insights.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining strong communication and candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps while keeping processes moving at pace.
- Provide market intelligence around talent availability, compensation, and hiring conditions in Colombia.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate clearly when market realities or recruitment data require adjustments to the original hiring strategy.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, pipelines, and progress reporting.
- Operate with a strong sense of ownership over delivery, deadlines, and hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or RPO environments, ideally managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong experience recruiting specialist or hard-to-fill profiles, such as technology, engineering, clinical, life sciences, or other specialized functions.
- Experience working in a recruitment agency, RPO, or similarly delivery-driven environment is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of the Colombian talent market, particularly Bogotá and other major talent hubs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and confidence identifying talent beyond inbound applications.
- Experience working directly with hiring managers or external clients and managing demanding stakeholders.
- Ability to challenge requirements constructively, provide market insights, and operate as a recruitment partner rather than simply taking job orders.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with clear delivery expectations.
- Professional English communication skills for collaboration with international stakeholders.
Pharmaceutical industry experience is not required. We are more interested in recruiters who have successfully worked with specialized talent pools and can quickly understand new industries and functions.
Benefits
- Strong long-term potential: Although the initial contract is for 6 months, successful performance could lead to continued collaboration as the recruitment partnership expands.
- Be part of an expanding LATAM initiative: The Colombia engagement represents an initial phase, with the potential for broader recruitment activity across Latin America.
- Opportunity to grow your scope: Strong delivery during the initial project could create opportunities to support additional markets, roles, and recruitment initiatives.
- Work on a strategic international RPO engagement with significant visibility.
- Take ownership of recruitment delivery rather than working in a sales-focused recruitment position.
- Work 100% remotely from Colombia.
- Collaborate directly with international stakeholders.
