Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Coordination Operations & Delivery Leader to join our Cummins Inc. team. The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Drive operational excellence by standardizing sourcing and coordination processes that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability across the global Talent Acquisition function.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen service delivery, reduce process variation, and support business growth objectives.

• Establish governance frameworks, performance metrics, and operational standards that ensure consistent execution and accountability.

• Optimize supplier and MSP performance through strategic partnerships, KPI management, and data-driven decision making.

• Advance AI, technology, and automation adoption to improve productivity, user experience, and recruiting operations effectiveness.

• Deliver actionable workforce and operational insights through analytics, reporting, and performance measurement that enable informed business decisions.

• Strengthen organizational capability by developing playbooks, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams and stakeholders.

• Champion change management efforts that successfully implement process, technology, and operating model enhancements while sustaining business outcomes.
