NOVENCO Building & Industry is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Assistant to support recruitment across several markets and functions. You will identify and engage candidates for technical, commercial and operational positions, helping build strong pipelines for current and future vacancies.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will combine proactive sourcing with recruitment coordination. This is an opportunity to develop your recruitment skills while contributing to hiring across an international organisation.
Build candidate pipelines by sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and Boolean searches against agreed role requirements.
Map relevant talent by researching target companies, industries and markets.
Engage potential candidates through initial outreach and follow-ups, sharing role information and confirming interest.
Support application review by checking profiles against defined criteria and highlighting relevant candidates to the Talent Acquisition Partner.
Coordinate interviews across calendars and time zones, ensuring clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain recruitment records by keeping candidate profiles, notes and stages accurate in Teamtailor.
Track sourcing progress through regular updates on candidate pipelines, outreach and responses.
Support recruitment administration through job postings and routine candidate communication.
You enjoy finding relevant people, starting conversations and keeping tasks organised.
Ideally 2-4 years of experience in global/international recruitment, sourcing or recruitment coordination.
Practical knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean searches.
Ability to assess profiles against clear requirements and explain their relevance.
Excellent English communications skills.
Strong organisation, attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
Willingness to learn about different roles, industries and international markets.
Professional handling of confidential candidate information.
Experience with Teamtailor or another applicant tracking system is an advantage.
Exposure to technical, manufacturing or international recruitment is a plus.
Exposure to recruitment across different functions and international markets.
Guidance and regular feedback from the Talent Acquisition Partner.
Responsibility for candidate sourcing, outreach and recruitment coordination.
Opportunities to develop your sourcing and recruitment skills.
You will report to the Talent Acquisition Partner and support multiple recruitment processes across Europe and APAC. Priorities and screening criteria will be agreed together, with candidate assessment and recruitment decisions led by the Talent Acquisition Partner.
