You'll partner with hiring managers across the organization to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and connect healthcare professionals with rewarding career opportunities. What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume healthcare positions and other assigned roles.
- Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide guidance throughout the recruiting process.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress as needed.
- Participate in hiring events, virtual recruiting activities, and other talent attraction initiatives.
- Promote Savista's employer brand through social media and other recruiting platforms.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, company policies, and recruiting procedures.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and other internal partners to support hiring initiatives and continuous process improvement.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience.
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience supporting high-volume hiring, preferably within healthcare administration or revenue cycle management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team.
- Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Experience with Workday or another applicant tracking system preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for healthcare revenue cycle or healthcare administrative positions.
- Experience using Workday Recruiting or other applicant tracking systems.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.

Pay Transparency Disclaimer*
Savista is required by state-specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is $70,000-$75,000 per year. However, specific compensation for the role will vary within the above range based on many factors including but not limited to geographic location, candidate experience, applicable certifications, and skills.
