WHAT YOU’LL DO:
MGT is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead to own and lead recruiting efforts for our growing management consulting practice. This individual will serve as both a full-cycle recruiter and campus recruiting lead, helping attract, assess, and hire exceptional consulting talent across experienced hire and university pipelines.
This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape the future of talent acquisition at MGT. The ideal candidate will bring experience in management consulting, consulting recruiting, or professional services recruiting and will be comfortable owning both recruiting strategy and hands-on execution.
In this role you will:
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Five (5) or more years of experience in management consulting, consulting recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related professional services environment.
Prior experience working in or recruiting for management consulting, strategy consulting, or professional services strongly preferred.
Experience leading full-cycle recruiting searches for consulting, professional services, business, strategy, or analytical roles.
Experience with campus recruiting, university relationship management, internship programs, or early-career hiring preferred.
Experience sourcing and engaging candidates from consulting firms, graduate programs, universities, and adjacent industries.
Experience supporting employer branding, recruiting marketing, recruiting events, or talent pipeline development preferred.
Experience using recruiting systems, talent tracking tools, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, or similar business platforms.
Ability to travel as needed based on recruiting events, campus engagement, business needs, and hiring priorities.
