- Stay updated on company products and services to assist customers effectively.

Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to adapt to a new cultural and work environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation expenses fully covered.
