 What You Will Do:

  • Facilitate communication with senior management regarding the movement of incoming materials to effectively meet manufacturing needs. 
  • Create strategies to expedite the delivery of delayed materials to ensure they are back on schedule.
  • Accountable for organizing, planning, executing, and coordinating the technical aspects of global supply chain operations.
  • Incorporate diverse requirements from various disciplines, including Aero, Structures, Delivery, and Procurement.
  • Provide updates to the team leader and team members on accomplishments, advancements, technical hurdles, and any possible challenges along with tactics to address them. 
  • Work closely with commodity managers and the supply chain on RCCA, communication strategies, and recovery plans.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, such as the program office and executives, as well as external stakeholders, such as industry clients, government agencies, and suppliers.
  • Proactively identify project risks, develop effective mitigation plans, and oversee their timely implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with and enhancement of standard procedures.

 

What You Will Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field (Aerospace, Supply Chain, Operations Management)
  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Project Management, and Business Management preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and SAP
  • Experience with Teamcenter a plus
  • Commitment to delivering on objectives and meeting targets with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Good communication skills to provide timely, appropriate, and useful information to others
  • Project management experience and a strong sense of urgency
  • Take initiative and assume responsibility
  • Lean, Six Sigma, and other Continuous Improvement experience

Pay Range: $33.00/hour - $36.00/hour

 

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

 

Work Requirements: This position is classified as Remote within the United States.

 

Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.

 

Citizenship Requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
