Summer Intern - Finance Analyst

About the role:

As a Finance Analyst intern, you will report to the OSS Program Manager based in our Cranberry, PA facility. This is a paid full-time remote position for the summer, May - August 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help with set up, review, and maintenance Rate Management master data in SAP
• Verify personnel assignments, contract details, and labor-rate information for accuracy
• Monitor and process all union rate changes, applying updates to rate tables and SAP systems
• Learn troubleshooting analytic techniques related to downstream rate impacts.
• Help with labor-rate updates, audits, and documentation
• Support and participate in the Request for Pricing (RFP) process to develop competitive labor rates
• Respond to routine questions and collaborate with teams to resolve data issues
• Help identify opportunities to improve data quality and improve processes

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in data analytics, finance, or accounting
• Completed Sophomore year of college
• Familiar with basic accounting and finance formulas and terms
• Interested in data management & analytics
• Interested in working in an operations organization (shared services, triage, ticketing)

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $23.00 to $26.30 per hour.
