Strategy & Operations Manager, AI

Funnel Leasing Inc., is hiring for a Strategy & Operations Manager, AI. The Strategy & Operations Manager, AI is responsible for driving the strategic direction and go-to-market strategy for Funnel’s cutting-edge AI products, becoming the accountable party for the segment’s P&L. Collaborating closely with customers of all sizes, you'll gain valuable insights into their AI strategies, ensuring seamless alignment of Funnel’s products with their unique needs and Funnel’s overarching goals. Your role will involve conducting research to pinpoint trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics that will inform Funnel’s corporate strategy and product roadmap. With ownership of Funnel’s pricing and packaging strategies, you'll strike the balance between product value, market demand, and profit margin. You will have the responsibility of leading and elevating the future of Funnel’s AI-driven solutions while improving the country’s rental experience. The Salary range for this role is $125,000 to $145,000/year.

The Strategy & Operations Manager, AI essential roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Roles and responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and GTM approach for Funnel’s AI products (VLA, VVLA, MA, & new AI offerings/integrations).
• Track and analyze financial data to make informed decisions regarding resource allocation, investment opportunities, and cost optimization, being accountable for the financial success of Funnel’s AI segment P&L (Will work with Finance to create a P&L).
• Take ownership of pricing and packaging strategies in collaboration with sales/marketing, optimizing them to reflect product value and market demands, with the goal of maximizing margins where possible.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics which you will use to inform Funnel’s product and strategy decisions.
• Collaborate with customers of all sizes (e.g., Enterprise, Mid-Market) to gain insights into their AI strategies; ensuring that our products are aligned with their needs / objectives.
• Drive the evaluation between off-the-shelf and proprietary AI solutions, considering the dynamic landscape of the industry.
• Be the connective tissue between product/engineering, revenue, and CX regarding Funnel’s AI related products and strategy.
• Strategically engage in select sales engagements to accelerate segment attachment, overall ARR growth, and increase the percentage of Funnel ARR from the segment.
• Manage various product marketing initiatives around Funnel’s suite of AI products, ensuring Funnel is successfully selling the value of the products (throughout marketing/sales lifecycle) and bringing new AI products to market.
• Engage with executive leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders to harmonize product strategies with overarching organizational goals.

Education, Work Experience, and Certifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking/private equity, AND/OR a top-tier tech company in strategy, business operations, or growth.
• Proven track record of running cross-functional initiatives, achieving goals, and succeeding in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processes.
• Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment

You'll really impress us if you have:

• A JD or MBA
• Experience in the real estate industry
• Experience at a SaaS company.
• Knowledge of and interest in artificial intelligence.
• An obsession with challenging the status quo.
