Ansell is looking for Sr Territory Sales Manager to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
This role is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales targets for Ansell products within the assigned territory and market segment, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with distributors and end users to drive business growth, develop promotional initiatives, deliver product training, and strengthen the presence of Ansell brands, services, and programs in the market.

What Will Your Role Be?

  • Develop, prioritize, and execute territory business plans to achieve sales revenue and market share objectives.
  • Analyze market opportunities and establish sales conversion plans and monthly objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including end users, distributors, regional decision-makers, and internal teams.
  • Represent Ansell at trade shows, exhibitions, industry forums, and distributor networks.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and growth initiatives.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, trading terms, and relevant regulations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and sales meetings with distributors and end users.
  • Communicate updates on products, strategies, marketing campaigns, and sales programs.
  • Prepare sales plans, budgets, forecasts, and reports in a timely manner.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing recommendations on pricing, discount structures, credit arrangements, and sales policies.
  • Train and support distributor sales teams on Ansell products, solutions, and processes.

What Will You Bring?

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience managing distributors, channels, or dealer networks.
  • Background in the medical device industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience with consultative selling methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of distribution networks and channel management.
  • Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and translate insights into business strategies.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Persuasive and customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Effective team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Frequent domestic travel within the assigned territory (up to 50%25 of the time). 

     

  • International travel may be required.
  • Occasional participation in after-hours regional conference calls.
