Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (eight years) work experience. In addition to education or education equivalent, requires a minimum of five years of recruiting experience.

Estimated hiring range: $42.88 - $48.08/hourly | $89,200 - $100,000
The Job
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will source, recruit, interview, and recommend placement of internal and external candidates for all levels of positions, predominantly for executive and professional roles. You will work with all levels of management across the organization, including the President’s team, on recruitment for positions requiring national and focused talent searches. You will help carry out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies.
