The Senior Business Recruiter will own the full life cycle recruiting process for business-critical roles across various corporate functions. They will partner with hiring leaders to define candidate profiles, execute sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders.

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Business Recruiter to help build the teams driving Fetch’s growth, partnerships, operations, and business strategy.

In this role, you will own full life cycle recruiting across Sales, GTM, Finance, Marketing, Strategy & Operations, People, and other corporate functions. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to understand their business goals, translate evolving needs into effective recruiting strategies, and deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders from initial search through offer acceptance.

The right person brings strong business judgment, deep recruiting expertise, and the ability to navigate complex or ambiguous searches with confidence. You know how to assess talent beyond titles and company logos, use market insights and data to influence hiring decisions, and build trusted relationships with candidates and leaders.
This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in how Fetch hires across the functions that directly influence our revenue, growth, execution, and long-term scale.

This is a Full-Time Temporary (1 year) position that can be based in one of our U.S. offices or remotely within the United States.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle for business-critical roles across Sales, GTM, Finance, Marketing, Strategy & Operations, People, and other corporate functions as needed
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand business priorities, define candidate profiles, establish interview strategies, and align on clear hiring outcomes
  • Translate ambiguous or evolving hiring needs into actionable recruiting plans, target profiles, market strategies, and assessment criteria
  • Develop and execute thoughtful sourcing strategies to identify exceptional and non-obvious talent beyond traditional companies, titles, and backgrounds
  • Evaluate candidates with a high degree of judgment, assessing their experience, capabilities, motivations, and potential impact beyond résumé alignment
  • Lead candidates through the hiring process from initial outreach and assessment through interviews, offer negotiation, and close
  • Build trusted relationships with candidates and deliver a thoughtful, transparent, and high-quality experience at every stage of the process
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders, providing market intelligence and constructively challenging assumptions related to talent profiles, level, location, compensation, or hiring strategy
  • Establish strong interview and calibration practices that enable consistent, timely, and well-informed hiring decisions
  • Maintain alignment and momentum across hiring teams by proactively managing communication, feedback, next steps, and potential risks
  • Use pipeline, conversion, and hiring data to evaluate search health, identify challenges, and adjust recruiting strategies
  • Develop differentiated engagement and closing strategies for passive and highly sought-after candidates
  • Partner with Recruiting Operations, People, Total Rewards, and cross-functional stakeholders to navigate complex hiring processes and offers
  • Use AI, automation, recruiting technology, and data to expand market coverage, improve decision-making, and reduce low-value manual work without sacrificing candidate quality or personalization
  • Turn insights from individual searches into reusable market intelligence, talent networks, and recruiting strategies that strengthen future hiring
  • Represent Fetch in the market with professionalism, credibility, and a compelling understanding of our business, culture, and employee value proposition

Minimum Requirements

  • 6+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, including experience supporting Sales, GTM, Finance, or other corporate functions
  • Demonstrated success owning and closing competitive, high-impact searches from intake through offer acceptance
  • Strong understanding of how business functions and talent profiles contribute to company performance and growth
  • Ability to assess candidate quality and potential beyond titles, company logos, or traditional career paths
  • Experience advising and influencing hiring leaders through market insights, data, and sound recruiting judgment
  • Strong candidate management, offer negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create differentiated outreach and communicate Fetch’s opportunity effectively
  • Ability to operate through ambiguity and translate broad or evolving role requirements into focused recruiting strategies
  • Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholder relationships across different functions and levels
  • Strong working knowledge of modern sourcing platforms, ATS and CRM systems, recruiting analytics, and talent intelligence tools; Gem experience is strongly preferred
  • High ownership, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
  • Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or emerging recruiting technology to improve research, candidate engagement, decision-making, or operating efficiency
