The Senior Project Manager will lead complex, cross-functional government software implementations from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will play an important role in Accela’s continued growth and success by ensuring the successful, on-time delivery of large and complex Professional Services implementations. As an integral member of a cross-functional team, you will identify key priorities, develop clear execution plans, and partner across the organization to deliver successful outcomes.
You will leverage established processes, tools, and templates to manage projects effectively while remaining adaptable to evolving customer needs and business priorities. At the heart of this role is a strong focus on customer value—balancing the needs of our customers and Accela while helping customers maximize the business value they receive from our solutions.

COMPENSATION AND WELL-BEING
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$160,000 (less applicable taxes). The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience. In addition to an annual base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus target. This is a discretionary bonus awarded based on company and individual goal achievement.
