  • Partner closely with engineering and architecture to design scalable solutions that account for upstream and downstream dependencies.

  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to validate opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, measure outcomes, and continuously refine the product strategy.

  • Provide clear prioritization and decision-making for engineering teams while balancing customer value, technical investment, operational reliability, and business impact.

  • Support go-to-market and adoption efforts through enablement, documentation, product demonstrations, customer conversations, and launch planning.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical systems and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proven ability to break down ambiguous problems and large initiatives into focused, measurable increments while maintaining a clear connection to the broader strategy.

  • Strong product discovery and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes, test hypotheses, evaluate alternatives, and make informed decisions with incomplete information.

  • Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders through clear communication, sound judgment, and a strong customer perspective.

  • Experience defining and using success metrics related to data quality, reliability, governance, customer adoption, and business outcomes.
