Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Pharmacy Technology Product Management to join our team!
The Sr. Manager, Pharmacy Technology Product Management is responsible for developing and executing technology product strategies, roadmaps, and solutions that enable business growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional stakeholder experiences across the Specialty Pharmacy enterprise. This leader bridges business strategy and technology, overseeing a portfolio of complex pharmacy technology products while ensuring scalable, customer-centric, and compliant solutions that deliver measurable value. The portfolio includes pharmacy management systems, engagement platforms, automation and AI-enabled technologies, interoperability solutions, and other systems critical to pharmacy operations, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance.
The Sr. Manager partners closely with business, operations, strategy, and technology leaders to evaluate user needs, prioritize investments, and drive the design, implementation, enhancement, and integration of pharmacy technology systems. This role provides leadership to cross-functional product and technology teams, ensuring technology products support organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and long-term business strategy.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
- In collaboration with the VP, Strategy, establish Technical Product Vision, Strategy, Architecture, and Execution Roadmaps for the Specialty Pharmacy.
- Develop and maintain a 3-year strategic vision for Lumicera’s key technology assets, including the pharmacy management system (AgileCare), engagement portals (patient, provider, client, and manufacturer), automation and AI-enhanced tools, and related integrations.
- Develop Lumicera’s interoperability strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Direct and Health Systems business development leaders to support integration with health systems and direct providers (e.g., EPIC, Cerner, Athena, or equivalent).
- Conduct strategic annual planning in close collaboration with Planning/PMO team, Technology team, business teams to clearly define strategic initiatives and obtain necessary investments to support above execution roadmaps
- Lead the strategy, implementation, enhancement, and integration of pharmacy technology systems and ancillary applications, including pharmacy management systems, dispensing technologies, engagement platforms, automation tools, communication technologies, and systems supporting business and regulatory requirements.
- Support business readiness and change management activities through documentation of capabilities, impacted operational processes, and the expected outcomes of new or enhanced technology products, applications, systems.
- Lead and implement strategic technology projects (such as AI workflow optimization and automation)
- Ensure technology products are designed, implemented, maintained, and operated in a secure, audit-ready, and compliant manner, meeting applicable accreditation, NCPDP, SOC II, HITRUST, state and federal requirements through partnership with Compliance, Legal, Quality, and Regulatory stakeholders.
- Serve as a strategic technical advisor and support execution of highly complex client implementations.
- Establish credibility throughout the organization and with Lumicera Senior Leadership as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
- Ensure assimilation of new information systems as well as maintenance and improvement of existing systems are cost effective, ROI positive, and within budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with the VP to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel designed to accommodate the technology growth objectives of the company.
- Work with Vice Presidents and Pharmacist Manager(s) to analyze operations and overall efficiencies of the pharmacy’s supporting technologies for enhancements and new capabilities.

Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
- Graduate of ACPE Accreditation School of Pharmacy with a B.S. Pharmacy or PharmD degree required.
- Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence, or the ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months, may be required based on state of residence laws or client contracts. Refer to the Licensure and Credentialing Verification P&P for current detail.
- Certification of formal technical product development preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmacy, technology, product management, business systems, information systems, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, including team leadership, coaching, mentoring, or leading complex initiatives and projects, required.
- 5+ years of experience as a licensed Pharmacist preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy preferred.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Pay Range
USD $132,830.00 - USD $166,037.00 /Yr.
