YOUR IMPACT   

As a Senior Consultant within the Solutions Enablement Team, you will be responsible for leading and managing customer and partner connectivity implementations, while ensuring smooth operations. You will play a key role in overseeing complex migration projects and providing expert consulting services to ensure seamless client onboarding and project delivery. 

Working under the direction of a Project Manager, you will execute client implementations in a hosted Managed Services environment, utilizing open communication standards such as FTP, HTTP, AS2, and SFTP. Your primary focus will be to deliver high-quality technical solutions, maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure their satisfaction with our Managed Services offerings. 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS  

• Lead the implementation of new and troubleshoot existing client or partner connectivity using standards such as OFTP, X400, AS2, sFTP, and HTTPS. 

• Oversee complex cross-platform migrations and ensure that all solutions are delivered on time and to the required quality standards. 

• Provide expert consulting to clients on planning and executing partner migrations, ensuring smooth and effective project execution. 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering timely and quality solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction. 

• Monitor client requests and ensure that SLAs are consistently met. 

• Lead projects related to solution implementation from an enablement perspective, coordinating with internal teams such as Cloud Service Delivery and Customer Support. 

• Actively contribute to pre-sales activities, including scoping and estimating engagements of low to medium complexity. 

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance solution delivery processes. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED  

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in communications standards such as AS2, HTTPS, sFTP, OFTP, and X400. 

• Demonstrated ability to work independently on technical projects with minimal supervision. 

• Proven expertise in managing complex projects and ensuring timely delivery. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. 

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying and resolving issues independently. 

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 

• Knowledge of EDI standards (EDIFACT, TRADACOMS, X12, VDA, XML) and B2B integration. 

• Experience with OpenText products and certification in at least two products would be an asset. 

• Strong analytical skills and ability to apply and modify complex concepts to drive innovation and client satisfaction. 

• Fluency in English is required; any additional European language (German) is a definite plus.
