We are seeking a dynamic National, Specialty Recruiter to join our team!

 

As a Specialty Recruiter at Devereux, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. This remote position involves collaborating with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and our Devereux Centers to meet staffing needs and enhance our employee value proposition. You’ll develop comprehensive sourcing strategies, manage recruitment processes, and contribute to our strategic planning efforts.

 

Salary starting at $65,000 per year. Additional compensation for years of experience and education.

This is a remote position, but may require travel for recruiting events and job fairs. 

 

What Devereux Looks for in YOU:

 

In collaboration with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, conducts multi-site recruitment for Devereux Center's specialty roles on a national scale. Manages initial recruitment process of attracting, sourcing, and phone-screening qualified candidates to recommend for interviews. Utilizes traditional and modern recruitment methods to post positions and source candidates.  Develops candidate pipeline for anticipated future needs, to reduce time-to-hire/fill, expands candidate pool organization-wide, and improves candidate quality. As needed, will assist with supporting Center high volume needs, executive level recruitment, program expansion, recruiter vacancies, and international recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications

You'd make a great Specialty Recruiter if you have:

  • Bachelors Degree strongly preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of education.
  • Minimum five (5) years high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in health-care, human services and/or non-profit setting.
  • Experience with international recruitment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, and Human Resources Information systems, specifically applicant tracking systems.
  • Requires demonstrated proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification, including, but not limited to: referrals, internal databases, Internet sourcing, social recruiting, cold calling and direct recruiting to obtain qualified candidates.
